Let me also add here my devotion to the Holy and Righteous Nun-Martyr Elizabeth, a major role model for me, a righteous handmaiden of God who pursued Beauty from her childhood, only to find ‘It’ in her maturity in Christ. Saint Elizabeth, Pray to God for us!
“Beauty will save the world” Fyodor Dostoyevsky, The Idiot
“From thy childhood thou didst pursue beauty, O righteous Elizabeth, and refusing to be sated with worldly charms, thou didst diligently search out Christ, the Fountain of all loveliness.”
May they all forgive me for my boldness!

Philippians 4:4-8
4 Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!
5 Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand.
“That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I
in thee, that they also may be one in us ” (John 17:21, KJV)
Glory to God! The circle of grace expands like ripples in the pool!
Glory to Jesus Christ! Glory forever!
I’m also a convert to Orthodoxy who has gravitated to my ancient Celtic roots. I took St Kinnera (Kennera), Hermitess of Kirkinner, Scotland, as my patron. I understand that my family was once from that region of Scotland, and St Kinnera seemed to find me, although I had very little information about her. I’m inspired by your work to read more about the Celtic saints of the early church. Thank you, and may God bless you for your diligence.
